A couple of points: 1. During Flange creation you use offset to position a flange. This gives a non-associative result. Use Match Face for a more robust design. 2. Near the end of your presentation during Louver creation, you could demonstrate the ability to 'Make Sketch External' rather than suggesting the user re-create the sketch first.
